60 seconds of Kettlebell Swings (modified for ceiling height)
60 seconds of Hurdle Hops
60 seconds of  Seated Dumbbell Press
60 seconds of Rowing (for Calories)

Rest 3 minutes between sets

CW: 84, 147, 63 (25# DB), 768 Mtr.
LW:  82, 158, 78 (15# DB), 658 Mtr.
