 WOD:

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

1 overhead squat

10 burpee 

2 overhead squats

10 burpee 

3 overhead squats

10 burpee 

Continue until time expires, adding 1 overhead squat each round.

LW: 7 rds. plus 7 OHS (45# bar), 3 B
