Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

2 muscle-ups (6 front squats)
4 handstand push-ups (12 sit-ups)
8 kettlebell swings (18 mountain climbers)

CW: 11 Rds.
LW: 10 Rds., 6 FS (45# bar)

Both did exercise in the parentheses
