Station 1 – Death March x 16 steps
Station 2 – Reverse Snow Angels x 20 reps (slow and controlled)


B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Kettlebell Swings
5 Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups

CW: 4 Rds. plus 10 KBS
LW: 4 Rds. plus 10 KBS

Rest exactly 4 minutes, and then . . .


C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

10 Walking Lunges with KB/DB Farmer’s Carry (FC to fireplace and back)
10 V-Ups

CW: 3 Rds. plus FC
LW: 4 Rds. plus FC
