. A. 4 sets of
Single arm press, 8-10 reps each arm….30 lbs
Rest 2-3 min
B.. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes;
a. 10 push press….70 lbs.
b. Alternating overhead reverse lunges (?)…did these while holding dumbells at side…20 lbs.
c. 10 burpees over bar
LW: 3 Rds. plus 8 Push Press
LW: 3 Rds. plus 8 Push Press
C. Every minute on the minute for 6 minutes;
a. Supine pull-ups 6-8
b. Bottoms up kettlebell carry, 25 yards each arm
LW: Did 6 rds, but it took 6 1/2 mins.
