Minute 1 – 2 Turkish Get-Ups (alternate arms, perform slow and controlled – each rep should take close to 10 seconds or more)
Minute 2 – Seated Strict Press x 8 reps @ 2011

CW: 30# DB, Did 20 Hurdle Hops instead of Box Jump Stepovers. Didn't time this portion of WOD. Took 21:30 for all.
LW: 6:33. 25# for both.
