20 long jumps
1 minute single unders

Then…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

20 Calories of Assault Bike
400 Meter Row
10 Dumbbell thrusters
15 Push-Ups
5 Strict Pull-Ups /LW did 15 Sit Up's
