"Just maintaining," as Brad says (though we were both dying!!). I must say there is no more beautiful place to work out (well, maybe there is), than in front of the big sliding glass doors in this cottage's basement - looking out at the rising sun over the bay. That, and Holden drinking the water out of my glass, made for the perfect workout before starting our projects for the day.
