I thought this was a tough workout. I may have been able to have added 5 more pounds to the squat cleans, but my time would have really suffered. Exhausting!
I should add that Craig thought it was a tough WOD, as well, but not as tough as the really hard one last week. He is probably right - I may have just blocked it out!
