Well, I know I didn't treat this like a real Barbell Metcon. I was torn as to how to do this WOD, as I obviously couldn't do the prescribed weight. I could do the bar for some, but wanted to go heavier on others. So I didn't worry as much about the time and went instead for a good strength workout, while still trying to hustle. It just slowed me down having to change weights, etc., but so be it! I was sore and tired afterwards, and I felt like it was an improvement for me.
P.S. I need a bit more work on my Push Jerks.
