205 pound Power clean, 3 reps (I did 65#)
10 Burpee pull-ups
LW - did 65 # Power Cleans, and did Burpee/Jumping Pull-ups. WOD took 11:24.
Cool Down:
30 Sit-ups

Comments:
This was the first time I did 65# Power Cleans, so I was happy about that. The burpee/jumping pull-ups were exhausting!
