I pulled something else in my back (mid-to-upper back area) while doing the Mountain Climbers in the warm-up. I am so incredibly frustrated. Starting to wonder if I will have to stop working out until I get this whole back issue resolved, and who knows when that will be. I am just tired of being in pain all the time.It is exhausting. Anyway, I was happy with my WOD - the only other time I have done 'Diane' was a while ago at 8th Day, and I did 75# DL's, in 6:32. So I was slower this time, but did 20# more.
