10 Pull-ups 

WOD:

5 Pull-ups (we both did Suppine)
10 Push-ups (I did knee push-ups, so I could have the right form)
15 Squats

AMRAP in 20 mins.


CW - 480 (did 410 last time)
LW - 480 (did 430 last time)


Comments: I thought it was freaky we both ended up with the exact same score!! Craig REALLY improved
