50 Box jump, 24 inch box

CW: 37:20, LW: 51:30 (humiliating!)

Cool Down:

50 Atomic Sit-ups on Ab Mat

I can't believe how long this took me. Ned. I broke every exercise up into sets of 10. Very tough...just glad to finish.
