For time:

100 Pull-ups (LW did kipping with band)
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups (LW did atomic with ab mat)
100 Squats

Cool Down:

Walk around lake.

Comments:
This was a killer. I broke it up into two sections, alternating, of 50 of each exercise. The calluses on my hands broke open partway through my pull-ups,and they hurt more than anything. Ouch!
