Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder Press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep

CW: 75#, 95#, 135# (did 20 reps of each)
LW: 115#, 50#, 95# (did 20 reps of each)

Cool Down:

LW: none. Raked back yard leaves before leaving for work!
