20 OH Squats with PVC
Shoulder Mob.
Inchworm to fireplace, then Lunges with Twist back

WOD:
Five rounds for time of:

10 Kettlebell clean and jerks, 1.5 pood each
3 Muscle-ups/Supine Pull-ups

CW: 22:40, 95# C & J
LW: 17:57, 60# C & J

Cool Down:
LW: walk around lake
