Warm-up:

2 min. Bike (50%)
10 Air Squats
10 Push-ups

2 min. Bike (75%)
15 Happy Russians
15 Push-ups

2 min. Bike (95%)
20 Overhead Squats with PVC

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in five minutes of:

275 pound Deadlift, 3 reps
115 pound Push press, 7 reps

CW: 8 Rds., 75#
LW: 4 Rds., 3 Front Squats (I did Front Squats instead of Deadlifts), 55#

Cool Down:

LW: 25 Box Jumps, 25 Sit-ups (Ab Mat), 25 DU's
