10 Pull-ups
10 Burpee Broadjumps
10 Pull-ups
10 Burpee Broadjumps

WOD:

Hang power clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps 
55# x 1, 65# x 6

Cool Down:
25 Atomic Sit-ups
Pull-ups

Comments:
I wish I could have done more than 65# Hang Power Cleans, but that was plenty of weight for me on these. Will try to increase weight next time.
