WOD:

Hang power snatch

LW: 45# (x 4 rds.), 50# (x 1 rd.)

Cool Down:
25 Atomic Sit-ups
25 Box Jumps
25 DU's
20 - 65# Floor Reps (PR for me)
Practiced Pull-ups with band (I think I can almost do them with the band now!)

Comments:
The snatches were difficult. Both Craig and I need help mastering the form of them.
