Comments:
I was slow and terrible this morning. Last time I did this (2 mos. ago), I did 6 rds, plus 2 Shoulder to Overhead (45# Shoulder to Overhead, 65# DL, 14" box). It was tough having to go with just 55#. I could have deadlifted more, needless to say, but I wasn't able to do more than 55# in the shoulder to overheads, so I had to go with that.
