15 Happy Russians
15 Push-ups

2 min. Bike (95%)
20 Overhead Squats with PVC

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Row 250 meters (.4 miles on bike)
25 Push-ups

CW: 7 Rds., plus some bike
