Warm-up:

5 min. Bike
E & S
Lunges with twist
10 Pull-ups
10 Burpee Broadjumps
10 Push-ups
20 Hurdle Hops

WOD:

Snatch Balance 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps

LW: did with bar (did OK for first attempts at these. My squats were not deep enough.)

Cool Down:
Floor Press - 20 x 65#
Atomic Sit-ups - 30
Kipping Pull-ups Practice (getting a LITTLE closer!)
DU's - 30
Box Jumps - 30
