Comments:
This was a different type of WOD - we obviously could have lifted more weight on the deadlifts, for instance, but couldn't have done that weight for the hang cleans or push presses. Anyway, I was very pleased with my weights. I think that is the most I have ever done for push presses. Tiring, but good.
