This was a TOUGH workout! I can't stop sweating.I plan to take some time off from working out (because of my rear end pain), but not until after I finish the 6 day course of steroids my doctor prescribed. I will be going to TC in 10 days for almost a week with Mom, so I think I will take that time as my off-time.
