50 Air Squats
40 Sit-ups
30 Push-ups
20 Pull-ups

WOD:

2013 CrossFit Games Regional Workout 1

“Jackie”
1000 meter row/6 min. bike (we did bike)
45 pound Thruster, 50 reps
30 pull-ups (we did supine pull-ups)

CW: 14:22, LW: 14.16

Cool Down:
CW - run
LW - work on kipping pull-ups

Tiring but good.
