WOD:

10 2-minute rounds of:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
Row for calories
Rest 1 minute between rounds. Post number of calories rowed each round to comments.

CW: 
Cal/row: 0, 0, 10, 9, 12, 11, 14, 13, 12, 15 (96 cal. in all). CW did both rounds during the first two sets, but then reduced it to one round so he could have more time on the rower per set.

LW: 
Cal/row: all -0- with the exception of set 2, 3 and 5 (1/2 cal/row). So...barely made it to the rower exh time.

Cool Down:

Rowed 50 cal.
