7 thrusters
7 knees-to-ebows
7 deadlifts

7 pull-ups

LW: 36:18, 55# thrusters and deadlifts

Comments:

Wow, this was exhausting! I was happy to finish it. I took yesterday off, per Brad's suggestion, and I am glad I did. Maybe saved some of my strength for this workout!!
