100-foot walking lunge, carrying 30-lb. dumbbells
24-inch box jumps, 30 reps
30-lb. weighted pull-ups, 20 reps
CW: 24:00, 15# dumb bells, jumping pull-ups
LW: 25:38, 15# dumb bells, supine pull-ups
Cool Down:
LW: walk around lake in cold and snow (must be crazy!)
