In teams of two, alternate tasks to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 24 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead (CW-30# dumbbells, 20# dumbbells)
10 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups (supine)
200 Meter Sprint
CW: 6 Rds. plus 10 Dumbbell G to O, 10 supines
LW: 5 Rds., plus Dumbbell G to O
