Hotel WOD:
AMRAP in 20 minutes
10 Burpees
15 Front Squats
20 Atomic Situps
CW - 6 sets + 10 Burpees and 15 Squats
I also went to the exercise room and found a concept rower! rowed 3,000 meters. very sore!
