as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
45 pound Shoulder press, 4 reps
45 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 8 reps
45 pound Front squat, 12 reps
LW - 5 Rounds, and finished 6 Front Squats short of 6 Rounds
Comments: This was a TOUGH workout. My legs were shaking, and I thought I was going to throw up (will never eat my granola bar before my workout again!). But I was pretty happy with my form and how I did. Maybe the results weren't that great, but I put 100% into it.
