Warm-up:
5 min. Bike
Lunges with twist and Good Morning
3 rounds of:
       10 OHS with PVC
       10 Hurdle Hops
       10 Thrusters (bar)

WOD:
Clean and Jerk 3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps

CW - 65, 85, 100 and one 105
LW - 55, 60, 65 (couldn't do 70)

Comments:
We watched videos of C & J's last night as a way to refresh our memories on how to do them properly. I think we did pretty well this morning, though I wish I could do higher weights.
