Warm-up:

2 min. Bike
30 Air Squats
20 Push-ups
2 min. Bike
30 OHS (PVC)
20 Sit-ups
10 Pull-ups

WOD:

15 minute AMRAP :

10 box jumps 
10 push jerks @ 45#  10 burpees

LW - 5 rds., 10 box jumps

Comments:
I don't think I did very well this AM. I was exhausted throughout the WOD. Will have to see how I do next time I do this WOD.
