20 High Box Jumps with step down

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

70 # Shoulder press, 4 reps
70 # Sumo deadlift high-pull, 8 reps
70 # Front squat, 12 reps

CW - 6 rds.

Comments:
Craig did this this morning since he missed the regular WOD on Tues. morning. he said it was very tough, and that his front squats were poor (not low enough).
