Warm-up:

10 Push-ups
20 Hurdle Hops
20 Happy Russians

WOD:

“Hard Cindy”
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Weighted pull-ups, 35 pounds Pull-ups using box
10 Push-ups with feet on 30” box
15 Squats holding a 45 pound plate 25 pound plate



LW: 9 rounds, 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 3 Squats

Cool Down:
20 - 55# Bench presses
5 Neg. Pull-ups
10 Hanging Shrugs
