Warm-up:

5 min. Bike
Lunges with twist and Good Morning
3 rounds of:
       10 OHS with PVC
       10 Hurdle Hops
       10 Thrusters (bar)

WOD:

“Cindy”

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

LW: 20 Rounds (Supine pull-ups)

Cool down:
25 Atomic sit-ups
50 DU's

Comments:
The last time I did this (almost a year ago), I did 16 rounds, so I was happy.
