Warm-up:

Lunge with Twist

WOD:

Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps


CW: 105#
LW: 85#

Cool Down:

CW: Jump rope, stretching, etc.
LW: Run 1/4 mile, 50 Ab Mat Sit-ups

Comments:

It is so good to be back at it! I am glad today wasn't a Metcon, as I would have really struggled. This WOD was a good way to start back at it after being sick for so long.
